Clinical Solution Consultant – General Imaging Ultrasound (West Virginia and Western Virginia)In this role you will make life better supporting Pre and Post Sales Clinical Applications for General Imaging. The General Imaging (GI) Ultrasound Clinical Solution Consultant will be key in interfacing between Philips and our customers. This position will represent the company and products while continually providing total solutions to customer needs. No two days are the same. One day you may be delivering a custom-made educational/training program at a major teaching hospital, the next day you could be supporting the regional sales team by applying your clinical expertise to the pre-sales process for a major proposal.Your role:

Serve as a clinical liaison to General Imaging Ultrasound customers, while working closely with the Account Managers, as well as other local team members, during multiple phases of the sales and implementation processes.

Assess customer's configuration requirements and education needs; plan and deliver equipment and application training; apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Schedule and perform demonstrations as required to support assigned geography and implement system installation customer training while completing required checklists.

Position yourself as a consultant to both internal and external customers, communicating regularly with local, zone, and management teams.

Generate leads, cover tradeshows as assigned, and effectively support installed base while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in ARDMS. Teaching/in-service experience, RVT, RDCS, OB/GYN, MSK, Breast, Pediatric and AB registries, preferred.

Your skills include in depth knowledge in General Imaging Ultrasound environment.

You’re a collaborative, customer centric, team oriented, independent self-starter.

Willingness to travel overnight up to 75%.
