The Lilly Pad is hiring experienced chefs, line cooks, grill, fry, salad and pizza cooks as well as other kitchen positions from dishwashers to support staff. Voted best hidden gem and best outdoor patio in 2023, top restaurants in Richmond by DC EATER. We have a well developed bar program, live music every weekend during season, and Richmond’s only waterfront restaurant.

We have a good mix of from-scratch entrees to fast-casual pizza and burgers. The Lilly Pad is a fun, fast-paced, and very positive place to work. Very involved owners and management. Hard work, dedication, and care is rewarded.
