Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on delivering exceptional customer support.

Ability to work cross teams with a focus on continuous process improvement

Process Creation and Optimization:

Develop and refine support processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement best practices to streamline issue resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.

Ensure timely and accurate tracking, prioritization, and resolution of customer issues.

Utilize your in-depth understanding of cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) to guide customers in optimizing their cloud deployments and resolving technical challenges.

Review the DevOps processes and improvise to exceed expectations on KPIs

Support System Development:

Design and implement a comprehensive support/ticket system to address customer inquiries, issue tracking and resolution.

Utilize your robust technical expertise to design and deploy monitoring, backup, remote access, and product update systems, thereby improving product visibility in the customer environment.

Customer Engagement:

Working with support team, provide exceptional on-site and remote support.

Understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Diagnose complex technical issues by analyzing logs, system configurations, and network setups.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.

Documentation:

Create standardized operational procedures, FAQs for the product, and contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base.

Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.

Create user-friendly guides for customers and internal staff to assist with common issues.

Providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Continuous Learning and collaboration:

Stay current with virtualization, cloud-native, Linux, containerization, multicast, and broadcasting trends.

Actively participate in training sessions and self-learning to enhance your technical skills.

Collaborate with product development teams to share insights from customer interactions, contributing to the improvement of product features and usability.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of proven experience in supporting products and operations.

Solid understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL certification preferred).

strong system administration skills in Linux environments, virtualization platforms (KVM, Hyper-V, etc.), and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Demonstrated experience in creating and optimizing support processes.

Automation mindset and knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, Perl) and orchestration (Ansible, Saltstak, Terraform).

Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering principles and toolchains.

Experience with DevOps pipeline setup and operations with focus on shift left approach.

In-depth knowledge of cloud-native tools and technologies, including Kubernetes and containerization.

Proficiency in analyzing logs, system configurations, and network setups to diagnose technical issues.

Familiarity with multicast and broadcasting technologies for efficient data transmission.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.

Proficient in working autonomously, leading teams, and fostering collaboration in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
