Mid-Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a mid-level .NET engineer to join a publicly traded real estate investment trust that invests in apartments. They are the 3rd largest owners of apartments in the USA. They have a long-term track record of developing, redeveloping, acquiring and managing distinctive apartment homes in some of the best U.S. markets, and delivering outsized, risk-adjusted returns to shareholders. They have established a leadership position rooted in building value for the long term. As a full-stack engineer on their team, you will need to understand the needs of various stakeholders and translate them into clean, scalable, easy-to-maintain code. You will be advocating for the implementation & utilization of best practices, and by approaching complex and/or difficult situations with a positive, solutions-driven mindset. They will leverage exciting technologies, such as AI and a modern cloud-based technology, transforming an enterprise environment from within. Direct-Hire - Hybrid 2-3 days/month in Arlington
