Automotive Service Writer

The Auto Clinic in South Barre is seeking highly motivated, team-oriented individual for a Service Writer position. This is a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on customer service. The successful candidate must be a team player, possessing strong customer service and organizational skills. Knowledge of the automotive industry is helpful.

Duties will include:

Answering phones

Writing repair orders

Scheduling service & tow appointments

Parts look up

Parts ordering

Parts receiving

Over the counter sales

Taking payments in person and over the phone

Assisting the shop/office manager and technicians

Some clerical duties

May perform other related duties as required to meet the needs of the automotive shop.

This position is full time. Monday -Friday 7:30-5:00 (Friday 4:30).

We offer paid holidays and vacation time.

Pay based on experience.
