PT, FT, Contract and Seasonal Help Wanted - Property Management

Lincoln Peak Properties is hiring for immediate property management help. PT, FT, contract and seasonal possibilities.

Part-Time

Responsibilities can include snow removal, wood stacking, unit checks and general maintenance, just to name a few.

wood stacking requires carrying wood up stairs and can be physically demanding.

Full-Time

Responsibilities can include snow removal, wood stacking, unit checks and general maintenance, just to name a few. The full-time person will be charged with the regular management of projects on one or more properties.

Contractors

We are looking for carpenters, handymen(or women) and other jacks-of-all-trades to help with our on-going workload. Opportunities are available on aper project basis. Projects will be residential and vary in size from small one-off jobs to larger full-scale renovation/remodel projects.

Sample projects include…

Repair window and door frames, siding

Lay out flooring, hang or repair drywall

Install cabinets, shelves

Install fixtures

Painting; interior and exterior

General repairs or maintenance

Seasonal

We are looking for snow removal, wood delivery and landscape help.
