We are a fast-paced and thriving restaurant in the Burlington area, known for our dedication to high-quality food and exceptional service. We're looking for an experienced and motivated PM Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team.

Ideal Candidates will have:

Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen

A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm and composed while managing kitchen operations and any challenges that may arise

A professional demeanor with a passion for producing high-quality dishes consistently

Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff

Excellent communication skills, both with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff

Computer skills are a plus to manage orders, inventory, and schedules

Creativity is highly valued to bring fresh ideas to the menu and kitchen operations

A team player who fosters collaboration between the kitchen and front-of-house

Solid line cook experience with the ability to step in and manage during peak hours

Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to ensuring smooth operations
