Security Awareness Content Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated security awareness content manager who will execute on the content strategy for our immersive training platform. Our platform teaches people how to be more secure through gamified learning and helps organizations to refine their training strategy through metrics and analytics. To do this, you will manage and produce creative content that will lead to improved learning outcomes and meaningful metrics on the backend. You will also be given the opportunity to create efficiencies and reorganize the way content is made and delivered. Your influence will be felt across the company, as you will likely touch 80% of the content that comes in and out of Living Security.

• Writing content for quiz modules on the Living Security Platform (questions, answers, training nudges); Managing editorial review and organization of all content

• Collaborating with CSO and Dir. of Content to prioritize content efforts in a given quarter

• Tracking and managing all content-related work in progress (WIP) in Jira; identifying and implementing efficiencies, enforcing a roles and responsibilities matrix (e.g. doers, approvers, reviewers, etc.)

• Managing outsourced translations of all content (Smartling)

• Managing Platform data entry (Contentful CMS; Cloudinary) and content tagging efforts (e.g. by category, concept, difficulty); Facilitating content revisions and bug fixes

• Conducting client design partnership meetings to ideate and backlog new content plans

• Working with internal and external teams to produce graphics for managed content (e.g. cover images, infographics, etc.)

• Managing SCORM creation and fulfillment of all LMS-related content

• Consulting on content marketing efforts

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Work autonomously and independently without direct instruction

• Ability to learn fast on new platforms and technologies for content management

• 3-5+ years of content experience

• Strong grasp of security awareness topics and B2B SaaS

• Excellent verbal and communication skills

• Elite writing skills

• Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities and articulate decisions and tradeoffs

• Desire to create efficiencies in content creation and fulfillment

BONUS REQUIREMENTS

• Scriptwriting and script supervising experience on film set

• Open to speaking engagements

• Experience with gamified learning or puzzle design

• Social media/SEO/Digital Media

• Client-facing experience

• Jira experience; Scrum master or PMP
