Type: Full-time or Part-time

Hourly rate: $24.42 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Assist financial advisors in daily administrative tasks

- Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone and email correspondence

- Schedule client appointments and manage calendars

- Maintain accurate client records and databases

- Answering customer inquiries and providing product information

- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

- Participating in sales training and development programs

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred, but not required

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- A positive and customer-focused attitude
