Living Limitlessly LLC is seeking Customer Support Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

- Resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer support processes

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Must reside in the United States

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Previous customer service experience is preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools

- Bilingual Spanish speakers a plus!
