Planning / schedule execution management

People skills for leading a team of indirect reports

Wireless technical knowledge (4G & 5G technologies)

Specific responsibilities include:

E2E Development Program Manager for the provided carrier projects

Manages the customer deliverables to meet customer expectations

Manages the resources (resources and equipment) for projects to complete them successfully

Manages the planning and scheduling of day to day activities and support

Direct interface and communications for internal teams, management and external customers

Manages the status reporting to internal teams, management and customers

Experience & Education Requirements:

Engineering or Management Undergrad Degree from an accredited university (advanced degree is a plus)

Minimum 8 years in Project/Product Management related activities

Minimum 5 years of experience in Networks and/or Telecommunications Projects

Previously management of a Wireless Infrastructure Implementation Project for a major operator

Experience with developing and implementing Project Management benchmark and best practices

Strong background in Wireless Technologies

Background in managing multiple projects and/or activities simultaneously

Experience in developing and managing outside vendors

Experience working and coordinating activities from multiple groups

In-direct Personnel Management experience
