Kitchen Manager Needed

Winnie’s is seeking a kitchen manager.

Winnie’s is a new bar opening this September located at 3622 Main Street in Midtown. We are looking for someone to join our team and grow with our company. The focus is on inventive, fun cocktails, paired with a full menu of sandwiches, salads, and bar snacks. The ideal candidate will either have experience as a kitchen manager, or extensive professional kitchen experience and looking to step into a management role.

Qualifications:

5 years experience in a professional kitchen, or two years experience in a professional kitchen leadership role

Ability to lead and manage a small team

Servsafe food Manager's Certificate

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Open availability

Strong interpersonal skills

Bi-Lingual a plus

Open minded with a positive attitude

Duties include, but not limited to:

Assisting the line when busy

Product Inventory and Ordering

Supervision of food production

Cost control

Ordering

Establishing and maintaining food production par levels throughout the week

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and food storage areas

Supervising the breakdown and cleaning of the kitchen at the end of the night

Compensation

45-55k a year dependent upon experience.

1 week paid vacation after 6 months- 2 weeks after 1 year.
