Detailed Job Description: • Must have managed Java development projects • Ability to meet the committed dates, working with onsite and offshore teams • Able to understand technical issues and work with external tech architects to resolve the issues • Hands on technical expertise in the past using Agile tools and cloud engineering. • Good understanding of migrating applications to cloud • Experience working for a large, highly sophisticated organization • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with software developers, architects, business owners, and senior business leaders. • Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet timelines with optimal solutions.
