Immediate Maintenance Tech Need

The Medve Group, Inc. has an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician at Barton Hills Apartments in South Austin

Duties:

Prepare units to move-in ready condition

Performs various community maintenance functions

Responds to resident service requests and issues

Maintain activity log

Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager

Requirements:

Assist with on-call responsibilities

Apartment make ready experience

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

HVAC certification is a plus
