Nashville TN- 3 Unit Turns Approved

We have 3 units that need to be turned next week. Please email for scope of work and budgets.

Payment terms are Net 45.

Materials will be ready Tuesday 3/11

Contractor will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment and the HOA will provide everything else. Pre-Clean must occur first before painting, paint materials can be picked up at Shermain Williams

The contractor will have to purchase doors, cabinets and countertops if they need to be replaced. They will simply add those items to their budget.

Payment terms Net 45

Turn Time 5-7 Business Days to complete the units
