We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Job Architecture Consultant like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsAs the HR Job Architecture Consultant, you will partner with the Director of Job Architecture to build a strategy around job description development, governance and maintenance, then create and implement a plan to bring that strategy to life. You will work with key stakeholders across the enterprise to build and maintain standard job descriptions, including requirements, qualifications, duties and responsibilities, for positions that span multiple service lines and functions. You will be responsible for gathering inputs from multiple sources, including existing job descriptions, stakeholder interviews, industry best practices, regulatory requirements, clinical specialists and more, then analyzing and synthesizing this information to build comprehensive job descriptions that are clear, accurate, and compelling. you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining overall subject matter expertise for clinical regulation requirements to support HCA’s overall regulatory compliance strategy.What you will do in this role:

Develops and implements plan for gathering necessary inputs for job descriptions, including duties, responsibilities and qualification requirements

Analyzes existing job descriptions from within the enterprise and across the industry to inform standard requirements

Collaborates with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to aid in analysis of standard requirements

Understands regulatory nuances, especially in healthcare contexts

Provides recommendations for standard job descriptions and socializes with leadership as needed

Develops governance plan to ensure continuous improvement and modernization of job descriptions

Communicates HCA Healthcare’s mission, culture, and values effectively

Fosters relationships to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts from varying organizational levels and functions

Facilitates meetings, focus groups, and interviews to garner details and direction for tailoring messaging to potential job candidates for different functions and settings

Builds and utilizes a network within the enterprise to understand organizational culture and gather institutional knowledge

Maintains regular timely and professional communication with stakeholders as needed; answers questions and utilizes feedback to improve processes

Adheres to project timelines and influences others to do the same

Provides regular updates to leadership, including progress, roadblocks, potential risks and decisions needed

Anticipates, tracks, manages and escalates risks to project quality and/or timeline

Self-manages and independently carries out project activities

Organizes and prioritizes tasks and activities appropriately

Utilize technology to carry out project objectives efficiently. Expert in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Understands how to best use data to support decisions and influence leaders

What qualifications you will need:

Bachelors Degree is required

5+ years of experience in recruiting, HR consulting or job description development, and project management is required

HR experience in a healthcare setting is preferred

Experience executing large-scale enterprise HR projects is preferred
