Lawn Care Mowing Team Member

Join our team at Serene Scenes Lawn and Landscape, a family-owned company based in Collierville, TN, as a Lawn Care Mowing Team Member. We're seeking individuals who are passionate about maintaiing beautiful outdoor spaces and a great customer experience!

Responsibilities:

- Mowing lawns

- Shrub trimming

- Mulch installations and plantings

- Client interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service

- Time management to efficiently complete tasks

Qualifications:

- Experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right individual

- Ability to work well both in a team and independently

- Strong time management skills

- Excellent communication abilities

-Must have Valid Drivers License

Compensation:

- Starting pay: $15 per hour during a 3-week training period

- Post-training pay: Based on performance, earn a percentage of daily revenue

- Top performers can earn over $20 per hour
