LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

Join our skilled nursing team in Knoxville, TN, as an LPN and make a meaningful difference in patient care. You’ll be responsible for providing direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN and ensuring each resident receives quality, individualized treatment.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Monitor patient health and document changes

Provide wound care and other skilled nursing tasks

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in Tennessee

Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
