Description:In this role, you will support multiple facets of the manufacturing process on lean and continuous improvement projects to ensure improved quality, increase output, and process changes.
Manage projects and attend engineering meetings to track project progress, timeline, and budget
Document all process changes and ensure all parties are safely trained
Perform root case analysis and identify the solution
Work with technical publications to create work instructions and other documentation to support on time production
Skills:Manufacturing engineering, Process improvement, Process engineering, Continuous improvement, Manufacturing process, Solidworks, AssemblyAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Related
1+ year working in a manufacturing environment performing continuous improvement projects or lean projects
6+ months with CAD
