Executive Producer

WPDE has an immediate opening for Executive Producer to oversee news content for overall fairness, balance and accuracy. The ideal candidate will assist in the production of evening newscasts and oversee production of newscasts and special programming. You will work closely with producers and reporters on story selection and coverage. As a newsroom leader, the expectation is that the Executive Producer will lead by example, producing newscasts when necessary. Our evening EP oversees the production of WPDE's news programming in Myrtle Beach and the 10pm newscast we produce for a sister-station in Savannah, GA.
