Accounting Manager/Supervisor

This Accounting Manager role's duties will require taking charge of daily operations, such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Drive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet close deadlines

Organize a variety of technical accounting analyses, procedures, and policies

Team up with FP& A and accounting management to develop relevant, timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

Provide regular review and analysis of balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant

Play a key role in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, which includes system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

Command sufficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

Comprehensive knowledge of month end closings

Expertise in general ledger

Accruals experience preferred

Accounting close process experience

Recent relevant financial experience

CPA/MBA preferred

Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
