Position Summary: Primarily focused on collaborating with Sales and Account Management teams to provide new business and captive management support. Performs financial and domicile analysis on behalf of clients, and provides consultation to clients around analytical findings. When available, assist Captive Managers on special projects.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Compiling pertinent insurance data and/or financial information as required to prepare captive insurance feasibility studies
  • Analyzing data for results summary
  • Creating domicile comparisons as well as total cost exhibits
  • With actuarial input, develop expected and adverse pro-forma scenarios
  • Preparing and presenting materials for strategic captive formation planning
  • Has direct customer contact, typically via phone or WebEx
  • May also act as analytical or procedural expert and represent team on cross-functional process or project deliverables.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years related experience.
  • Proficiency with software programs, such as excel, and mathematical calculations.
  • Strong PC and Microsoft application skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication ability

Desired:
  • Knowledge in using the analytical approach to problem solving
  • Self-starter
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
  • Familiarity with different captives, captive concepts and technical captive knowledge
