LEAD RESIDENTIAL CARPENTER NEEDED

Looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter for ongoing high-end residential remodel projects. This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on skills, can take the lead on job sites, and is comfortable overseeing both framing and finish work.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day tasks on residential remodeling sites

- Perform high-level carpentry work: framing, trim, windows/doors, cabinetry installation, custom finish details, etc.

- Read plans/blueprints and ensure work meets project specs

- Coordinate with other trades and keep projects moving on schedule

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

- Provide direction to carpenters and laborers when needed

Requirements:

- 5+ years of residential carpentry experience

- Strong framing and finish carpentry skills (high-end work preferred)

- Ability to run small crews and manage workflow on site

- Reliable transportation and tools

- Good communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
