Cannabis Grow House Custodian

Deep Green, LLC, a RI-based cannabis cultivator, is seeking a full-time Custodian for our grow house. The Custodian's primary duties include the scheduled cleaning and maintenance of the facility's grow, vegetation, and flowering rooms. S/he will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the laboratory, offices, and other work spaces and common areas in the building. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, pruning cannabis flower and packaging product on an as-needed basis. The Custodian reports directly to the Cultivation Manager.

Qualified applicants must:

- Be at least 21 years of age;

- Be task-oriented, detail-oriented and organized;

- Follow instruction and carry out determined protocol;

- Complete tasks efficiently with minimal oversight;

- Communicate effectively with co-workers;

- Be willing and able to complete numerous tasks requiring physical labor throughout the day;

- Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, lift, and stoop with ease;

- Be able to lift up to 60 lbs. unassisted and up to 80 lbs. assisted;

- Maintain hygiene in accordance with harvesting activities;

- Maintain compliance with RI DBR's rules and regulations and with other applicable state law.

Job Type: part-time, Monday-Friday

Work Location: in-person; Warwick, RI

Salary: $18.00 per hour (increases provided commensurate with duration of employment and task load)
