A first-responder on emergency fire and water property loss situations. A Supervisor tasks will include understanding, organizing, and directing on-site activities. Primary responsibilities include performing advanced techniques for water, fire, and mold mitigation, responding to emergency and non-emergency services jobs, completing timely and accurate paperwork, field supervision, and mentorship of restoration technicians and labor.

Job Duties Include:

IICRC Certified in water

Must be available while on-call for emergencies

I Asses property damages and address the issues according to protocol

Supervise crews for productivity, quality of work and site safety

Proper setup of equipment, properly monitor job site conditions

Accurate documentation of work and site conditions

Clearly communicate progress with manager, property owner and office

Maintain professionalism throughout all processes

Requirements Include:

MUST be able to provide exceptional customer service

Demonstrate ability to think independently while keeping the team atmosphere

Ability to handle a fast-paced high-pressure environment while remaining professional!

Recent restoration crew chief experience required: minimum 2 years

Valid driver’s license required! (without any major violations)
