Temp Disney Theater Group – Merchandise Sales Associate

We are currently recruiting for a Disney Theater Group Merchandise Sales Associate to work their Beauty & the Beast show (evenings & weekends) in the Philadelphia, PA area. This is a short-term merchandise sales position with Disney from February 11th, 2026 – February 22nd 2026. The hours are evenings and weekends. The pay rate is $17/hour. It’s a fun way to get a glimpse of how Disney theater works, make a little extra money, and get a free shirt and discounted merchandise. Full job details are below. Responsibilities:

1. Merchandise Sales Associates provide insight on merchandise available and highlight all relevant offers available to support their purchase.

2. They will provide an exceptional service that will exceed the Guest's expectations, while selling show related merchandise.

3. Be available nights and weekends for the duration of the show; ideally 4 total shifts and 2 weekend shifts (as needed).

Required Qualifications:

1. Passion for interacting with Guests of all ages

2. Can communicate effectively with a diverse audience

3. Perform quick, accurate and effective transactions that enhance a seamless Guest experience

4. Respond to Guests needs in a friendly, proactive and timely manner

5. Maintain neat and organized kiosks so that product is clearly represented and available for replenishment, always ensuring accuracy

6. Must be able to stand for multiple hours and lift boxes up to 40lbs

7. Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
