Title: Marketing Manager IV

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Type: Contract Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager IV who will develop a segmented merchandising strategy based on an SMB customer's current product set.

DescriptionThe successful candidate will play a key role on the eCommerce team, focusing on promoting our brand, product and offers within several key business segments, including existing small-to-medium sized business customers and Mid-Market/Enterprise sized prospects. In addition to supporting the existing customer segment, this person will be responsible for managing 2 of our vendors that support the site

Key Accountabilities:
  • Work with divisional stakeholders to create and maintain a cross-sell/upsell offer calendar.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive qualified traffic to upsell/cross-sell promotions and oversee the end-to-end strategy.
  • Write strategy briefs to align key stakeholders (UX, project management, content) on new offers to be merchandised.
  • Partner with the Mid-Market/Enterprise marketing team to convey key product benefits and offers within the digital experience.
  • Coordinate with channel managers (e.g., email, paid search) to create cohesive customer journeys.
  • Regularly review performance with analytics team and take decisive action.
  • Partner with Product and UX teams on enhancements to the Existing Customer buy flow journey, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Support our Sr. Analyst in offer management and set up.
  • Ability to be hands on and navigate issues that may arise.
  • Partner with the team, find ways to optimize and promote upsell opportunities through account management.
  • Manage chat functionality on the site, which entails tracking all B2B site activities in coordination with other teams, streamlining and optimizing process and functions.
  • Utilize tools and functionalities to optimize the customer experience and coordinate metrics with Analytics to measure success.
  • Keep track of all activities in partnership with other teams and optimize activities where possible.

Required Skills:
  • Generally, requires 6-9 years of related marketing/e-Commerce experience.
  • Well-rounded marketer with strong qualitative and quantitative skills.
  • Highly effective communicator, capable of working cross-functionally with segment business owners, content teams, as well as other stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to tackle both strategic and tactical projects.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools a plus (Adobe Analytics/Site Catalyst/Omniture preferred).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, digital environment.
  • Proven track record of learning new tools and systems.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities a must.
  • Excellent project management skills required.
  • Telecommunications and/or Media experience a plus.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Must be a self-starter and anticipate next steps.
