Full time Maintenance Technician 19460

The Village of Pickering Run Apartments in Phoenixville Pa is currently looking to hire a Maintenance technician to join our team. Location: Phoenixville Pa 19460

Our community-oriented, family run apartment complex offers competitive pay, with company paid disability insurance and 75% of employee's medical insurance and 75% of employee's medical insurance cost along with paid PTO and vacation time. Apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC certification is a plus. Scheduled work hour are Monday to Friday

7:30AM to 4:00 PM however, to provide the best possible service to our residents, you will be included in a 24-hour emergency maintenance "on call" rotation.

Must have basic hand tools, reliable transportation, valid driver's license as well as pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
