Change & Release Manager

Our client is looking for a

• Perform Quality Control on each Change Request (CR) ensuring that CRs have been properly documented and submitted for CCB review and approval.
• Facilitate weekly CCB meetings including all department stakeholders.
• Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with Configuration Management and other teams to ensure proper tasks and activities relate to Change Requests (CRs).
• Provide regular and accurate management reporting on IT service performance.

• 5+ years’ Change and Configuration Management experience.
• ITIL Foundation certified.
• Great knowledge of ServiceNow for Change and Release Management including reporting.
• Experience of facilitating Change Control Board (CCB) sessions.
• Experience training and education program/project stakeholders of the CCB and CR process.
• Extensive experience reviewing and cleaning up change requests (CRs).
• Ability to review technical change requests and provide concise feedback to system integrators and other technical teams.
• Strong presentation skills and presence to brief executive-level clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree.
