Skilled Handyman - Plumbing, Basic Electrical, painting, etc.

Need an in-house handyman with the following skills:

- Basic Electrical

Running low voltage wiring

Replace outlets & receptacles

Replace lights (sconces, etc)

Troubleshoot dead lines

- Plumbing

Replace fixtures

Replace copper lines with Pex

Repair leaking drain

- Painting

Interior and exterior

Must be neat - will be working in both a residential and commercial office with people

- Roof repairs when needed

- Basic maintenance

You must not have a criminal record - a background check will be performed

Must be reliable

No Drugs

Must have reliable transportation

Bonus if you have tools, but we can supply what you don't have.

Job pays $45,000 annually plus 401k w/match, vacation & sick pay.

Retirees ok, but you must be able to perform all the work required.
