We are a custom rubber stamp manufacturing and engraving company in Gresham looking to add a new team member to our customer service and production staff. This is a full time and in-house position. Telecommuters need not apply.

Our company is open 4 days a week between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. We offer 100% paid Medical and Dental insurance and sponsor a 401k retirement plan with a 6% match.

The ideal person will be responsible for order entry in QuickBooks, responding to customer emails, providing phone support, helping customers at the front counter, entering and sending shipping and tracking information, packaging and shipping orders, file management, and general participation in customer service, including providing quotes and managing customer needs.

We are a small, closely knit company that employs around 10 people. We have a unique culture and high level of appreciation for everyone that works here. We want to find someone that would thrive in this type of setting and who shows professionalism in their work habits, has an appropriate level of commitment to the company they work for, and performs best in a small company setting over a large business with hundreds of employees.

The necessary skills needed for this position would be:

Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks

Knowledge of standard website backends and customer management software

Customer service skills, both phone and in-person

Excellent organization and communication skills

The ability to write correspondence that is grammatically correct

Experience with packaging and shipping orders

All support, design, and production are done in-house. We are very focused on customer service and attention to detail. The quality of the communication, the product that goes out, and the administrative contact with our customers is an integral part of our continued success. We also work very closely with each other and rely on everyone doing a part of the whole process to complete orders.

Our hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and closed on Fridays, weekends and all major holidays. Our crew starts between 7:00 - 8:00 am and work 9-hour shifts, not including lunch. We offer some flexibility in our schedule that helps balance work/life needs.
