Lead Pastry Baker

Wild Yeast Bakery, Corvallis, is looking for an experienced pastry baker, beginning soon. This is a full time position, 35-40 hrs/wk, $16.35/hr DOE to begin. Must have experience making a variety of pastries, planning and managing daily production, and be willing to learn whole grain techniques. Ability to guide others effectively is necessary. Organizational and food service training is essential.
