TPO Commercial Roof Installer

We are a local roofing company in Bend, and we’re looking for an experiencedTPO Roofing Installerto join our team. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working on commercial projects in Central Oregon, we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do

Install, weld, and repair TPO roofing systems

Assist with commercial flat roofing scopes: Install TPO membrane, cover boards, flashing, etc.

Maintain a clean, safe job site

Collaborate with crew leaders and project managers to complete work efficiently and correctly

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands-on TPO experience preferred

Ability to read roofing details and follow safety standards

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
