Title: Report Writer / Data Analyst (Healthcare experience)Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK / RemoteJob SummaryThis Role will be responsible for managing and modifying existing reports as well as developing new reports using the report writing tools within the legacy applications (AthenaHealth GE Centricity EMR, Business and Allscripts Practice Management) as well as third-party report writing tools (such as Crystal Reports) and in several tertiary products (MS SQL, Tableau and Microsoft Precision BI Informatics). The right candidate will have a passion for extracting meaningful information from clinical and financial systems, will be proficient in analyzing data, and presenting it to end users in an easy-to-understand way. ResponsibilitiesØ Manage and maintain existing reporting and data analytics platform(s), process jobs, and reporting inventory.Ø Provide day to day data analytics and reporting solutions using Microsoft’s Business Intelligence suite of products.Ø Excellent working experience with Crystal reports, SQL Reports, Precision BIØ Represent Technology Services as a subject matter expert for company's data environment by understanding all data layer facets of the company’s commercial and custom business applications software portfolio, how it is used by the business, and their interrelationships and dependencies.Ø Develop business intelligence data management methodology, standards, and best practices for managing the platform (data models, extraction, transformation, load, development, test and acceptance, release to production, and documentation). Ø Draw upon powerful logical thinking skills and advanced proficiency with report writing technology to design deliverables focused on strategic client objectives.Ø Interpret the results of qualitative and quantitative research with accuracy.QualificationsØ Strong analytical background including at least 3 years of professional report writing and data review/analysis experience.Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, Communication or Marketing.Ø Experience working with relational databases is highly preferred.Ø Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ø Must be comfortable with ambiguity and possess the mental agility to quickly adjust and adapt to change.Ø Position can be based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or possibly remote.
