Property Maintenance

Seeking part time contract maintenance person for a 36 unit property located in Enid. 10-20 hours per week. Duties include, but not limited to, quarterly filter changes, property inspections, general maintenance repairs, make ready's, and tenant lock outs. Hours are flexible.
