Create conceptual, finished, and production-ready designs and have the ability to optimize elements for production.Communicate design concepts to other members of media production teams. Participate in decision-making with responsibility for maintaining design coherency. Work within our design systems; adapt and apply brand concepts as appropriate.Provide graphic design services to meet the needs of internal and external clients. Serve as a consultant on graphic design projects and partner with our marketing teams on brand and advertising work.Knowledge of photography, illustration and/or video production is not required, but is a valuable addition to this position and will be strongly preferred.Minimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in fine arts OR Associate's Degree with 2 years of professional interactive design or design experienceWork Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in interactive design or design in addition to any experience noted above.Additional Requirements: Physical demand level is Sedentary Incumbent must have experience in web design, and graphic production for electronic media, and the ability to deliver high-quality projects on deadline and within budget. The incumbent must also have an awareness of information architecture and human-computer interface usability, and be able to integrate these concepts into effective design. Technical development and production capability is a valuable addition to this position and will be strongly preferred.This will be a hybrid schedule position (2-3 days in office).
