This is a high impact role that will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across multiple cross organization teams.The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead the planning, design, and execution of processes with the product team and engineering. They will drive decision-making, roadmaps, and initiative implementation to achieve measurable impact for the organization.Ideal Experience

8+ years of program/project management experience

Background in technology enabled change ideally within a cloud infrastructure datacenter environment

Validated ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels

Ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and empower global team members

Leading and running a can-do attitude through continual change, ambiguity; able to identify systemic approaches to solving problems

Excellent communication skills including high quality written communications and the ability to articulate sophisticated information in a simple way

Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and shown ability to partner across teams

Proactive, forward-thinking, yet pragmatic and technically savvy, with the ability to synthesize disparate information effectively and quickly into clear recommendations, actions, and decisions

Ability to deliver complex programs

Opportunity to think from a business/outcome perspective and translate that into executable delivery and clear accountabilities.

End-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
