Pizzeria Mercato Hiring AM Baker

Pizzeria Mercato is looking to add an AM Baker to our team. We are currently open Thursday-Sunday offering a four day work week, which is great for someone looking for less than 40 hours/week or who currently has another PM position. Hours average around 30-35 per week starting at 8 AM.

Daily responsibilities include pizza dough and dessert production as well as some bread baking depending on the menu which changes regularly. We use great products, from our cookies to our gelato, we care about the product we put out on daily basis.

Experience is appreciated but the right candidate with a desire to learn and a great attitude can also be a good fit for our team. Everyone on our team is earning above living wage standard for Orange County, averaging $18-20/hr.
