Hilton Garden Inn Outer Banks, Kitty Hawk is a premier hotel/resort on the Outer Banks offering exceptional guest service and exquisite accommodations. We are looking for someone that LOVES to talk to people, has a friendly nature, and will deliver the high standards of service that Hilton is known for. We seek for individuals that are reliable, dependable, and able to think on your feet and multi-task in a quick-paced environment. We are huge advocates of teamwork and you must be a team player to jive with our great staff.

Position requires for you to be punctual you must be on time to work, in proper uniform, have reliable transportation, and ability to stay focused on your task at hand. We are a very busy hotel and all of employees must display our high guest-service skills. Our guests are the most important element of our hotel!

Hilton Garden Inn's restaurant, Aviator Bar and Bistro, in Kitty Hawk is looking to hire for Servers. Position and expectations are listed below. Weekends and holidays are required.

SERVER - Looking for someone who is flexible with scheduling, our current need is a mix of BREAKFAST (6am-1pm)/ LUNCH TIME shifts (10am-5pm)

3-5 shifts per week

Greeting all guests and taking orders

Bartending experience is preferred, but we will train you

Will be cross trained in our Restaurant, Tiki Bar (seasonal), Banquets

Bussing of your tables

Providing exceptional Hilton Standard service at all times
