PART-TIME PROPERTY MANAGER

PART-TIME PROPERTY MANAGER NEEDED - Immediate need for someone to manage a small (40 unit) property in Kannapolis, NC. Will need to have experience as a Property Manager, with Yardi Voyager experience. Will oversee the property, lease apartments, schedule property repairs, and assist residents as needed. Must understand Fair Housing guidelines and be able to work independently. Approximately 15-20 hours per week anticipated, with an occasional need for night or weekend work in the event of an emergency. Pay rate will range from $19 - $22 per hour, depending on experience. Position also receives leasing commissions ($100) paid at move-in. Need someone to begin 5-31-24.
