Job Overview:

The E-commerce Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Spicewalla's Direct-to-Consumer website, Foodservice wholesale website, and Amazon storefront. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, consumer behavior, and digital marketing techniques. The E-commerce Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize online sales, optimize conversion rates, and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive online revenue growth and meet sales targets.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Optimize PDPs, PLPs, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize conversion rates and profitability.

Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates, and provide regular performance reports to management.

Collaborate with marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers, third-party vendors, and other partners to ensure smooth operation of online sales channels.

Continuously evaluate and improve the online shopping experience, including website usability, navigation, and checkout processes.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
