Job Title: Production, T-Shirt Printing and Order Fulfillment

Brief Requirements: Understanding how to use a computer is a must. All of our orders begin at a computer and will require learning how to navigate our website to locate customer artwork, print shipping labels, update order status, print confirmation documents, etc. You must be able to be lift boxes that could be more than 25lbs at times or know how to use a hand truck to relocate orders in the building.

This position requires being on your feet the entire shift plus multi-tasking in many forms. Multi-tasking is a big part of how our shop operates from an efficiency standpoint. If you aren't experienced in T-Shirt Production but you're willing to learn and work hard then we will train you. Laziness, and being late every other day will not be tolerated. We're a small business in the community and if you're looking to milk the clock and be unproductive please do not apply.

We have been in business since 2016 and built a core team of hardworking, focused and motivated individuals. Everyone on our team has been here for 3+ years and we're proud of the culture that we've built together. We serve a very large clientele base and we're looking to add someone that's driven and wants a long term employment opportunity for years to come.

Daily tasks are printing t-shirts, shipping orders, maintaining quality control, machine maintenance, folding and boxing completed orders, etc. It's not a difficult job, but it's fast paced and requires some pep in your step. It's a labor intensive position. Scrolling social media and texting on the production floor will not be tolerated. So if you're a hard worker, come to work on time, and can follow directions you're halfway there and we welcome you to an awesome place to work with open arms.
