Handyman Maintenance Part Time Mechanic Needed at POD BK Hotel

POD BROOKLYN HOTEL IS:

We are looking for a Part-Time Handyman, preferably with Hotel experience and maintenance mechanic knowledge in all trades. The candidate must be proficient in construction, such as plastering, painting, wallpaper, carpentry, tile locks, and electrical. The candidate must also be experienced in troubleshooting outlets, light switches, and light fixtures. The candidate must obtain or have a New York City Fire Department Certificate of Fitness -S95 "Supervision of Fire Alarm Panel."

The position is $25.00 hourly; we offer full-time medical and dental benefits after the mandatory probationary period. Our work schedules are subject to change.
