Line Cook/ Italian Restaurant

Italian restaurant in Astoria, is seeking a Line Cook experienced in Italian Cuisine.

Requirements:

Able to prepare sauces and different ragouts.

Able to cook fresh pasta, risottos, meat and fish entrees using authentic Italian ingredients and recipes.

Must keep the highest sanitary and safety standards.

Must have flexible availability.

References will be requested.

Must have 5 years minimum experience in Italian Cuisine.
