Soba Totto is operated by FTG company. The company started USA operations with Yakiniku Futago in New York City in 2015, and currently operates three restaurants in NYC including Nikutei Futago. FTG company operates 100+ locations in Japan and in Hong Kong, and looks to grow in the USA.

We are looing for Japanese Cook/Sushi Chef who have experience or familiar with cooking either Soba/Ramen, Sauteed, Grill and/or Yakitori desirable, however, our Executive chef will train you and walk thru the steps.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years cooking Japanese cuisine

- Team play

- Responsible, Flexible and Reliable

- NYC Food Handlers Certification is A+

All candidates must have a legal work status in the USA

Job Type:

- Sushi Chef and/or Japanese Cook: Soba/Ramen, Sauteed, Grilled and/or Yakitori: Full-time or Part-time hourly rate

- Hostess must be familiar and know how to use OpenTable, Door Dash, Grubhub, and UberEat applications

- Servers must have at least 2 years experience in Japanese restaurant, sake, and Japanese Spirits A+

Schedule: Available to work any Day shift - Night shift - Holidays - Weekend
