This is an exciting new opportunity to be part of a new bakery concept, starting from its opening!

Qualifications:

Experience working in a cafe, bakery, restaurant or similar

Being able to make espresso drinks

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Basic computer skills and knowledge including basic Google apps and POS like Square.

Being comfortable in working well in a fast-paced environment

Lead, motivate, and build efficient teams

Being high energy and having an engaging personality

Being professional

Ability to work standing for extended periods of time (8+ hours a day)

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Demonstrate knowledge of entire product line and preparation

Have the Food Protection Certification, or willing to get one (expenses paid by the company)

Responsibilities:

Manage the front of the shop including coffee station, cashier, serving customers, packing food

Work closely with owner to hire team members

Be able to direct and correct team members based on standard procedures of operation

Make sure tema members maintain proper communication standards with customers and team

Schedule team members of FOH.

Ensure that high standards of service are maintained all the times

Ensure sanitation standards are maintained all the times

Oversee opening and closing procedures

Starting at $45,000 + Bonus
