Seeking Dynamic Restaurant Manager/Chef

A fun fast casual Hawaiian restaurant that’s been in business for over 10 years is searching for a talented creative energetic manager/chef to help us in revamping our current concept. This is a position that will work closely and assist owners in all aspects of our business.

Looking for someone that:

- Wants to join a small and effective leadership team where your innovative ideas and strategies can be implemented.

- Has strong leadership ability, critical thinker, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

- Is hardworking and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

- Is a problem solver, strategic, and looking to provide a memorable experience for our guests.

- Has experience in building out a team, and implementing BOH/FOH systems.

- Has experience overseeing daily restaurant operations.

- Has experience in back office functions, including product inventory, payroll, accounts payable, food and labor cost analyses and P&L.

- Understanding of Health Department standards and maintaining a clean restaurant.
