IT Operations Administrator

Job Description A very established investment firm based in NYC is searching for an IT Operations Administrator. This private multinational enterprise invests in public and private equities, real estate, fixed income securities, and specialized assets. • Day-to-day system administration of the servers, storage systems, operating systems, databases, and communication systems
• Monitor the performance and availability of hardware and software
• Configuration Management of server builds, network appliances and other infrastructure

• 5+ years of experience
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Windows
• Strong background in LAN/WAN infrastructure and Cisco networking
• Experience with firewalls (SonicWall)
• Strong VMware administration skills

• Excellent communication skills
