Abstract Tax Lien Typist

Nationwide Court Services, Inc. is looking for an Abstract Tax Lein Typist to fill a seasonal /temporary position that would run from April 2024 - August 2024 (or even as late as October 2024).

Summary/Objective: The Abstract / Title Typist is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of

abstract and title documents in accordance with established policies and procedures while meeting deadlines.

Prior expereince readin title or examining abstracts is a plus.

Competencies.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task.

Ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow-through and to follow

company procedures.
