Caregiver, companion, driver

We are in search of a caregiver, companion, and driver for our mom in her home. Her needs aren't great but she needs someone there on a daily basis to help out with things like medication reminders, laundry, cooking and shopping as well as with transportation to appointments and stores.

The hours are 1 or 2 pm to 6 pm daily but you don't need to do all days. Please reply with a summary of your background and your availability.

You must speak fluent English, have a reliable car and have a clean driving record.
